I used to be a patient of this practice before it got sold to the new owners. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the new provider. He recommended me several crowns on my teeth that have fillings in them. I had doubt about this recommendation because I never got recommended crowns before. I finally found a different dentist and got a second opinion. That dentist said that except for one filling that needs repair, I do not need any crowns, and that my teeth are in good condition! First off, they accept MD Medicaid! My very first time there, I went so they could finish the work from my previous dental office. They actually did much more than I went there for. Dr. Roberto made better recommendations, saved me time and money. It felt like family. The staff is so warm and hospitable. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I love it here ❤️
Every person I met in the was courteous friendly and professional. Office manager Isa is very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient, it took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience
Amazing dental office in Silver Spring. Excellent customer service, from the front desk, assistants, doctors. The professionalism of the whole team is outstanding. They explained my dental treatment very well, thanks to the office manager Mrs. Granados for being very helpful. One of the best dental office in Maryland. So happy I found them.
