I absolutely LOVE this staff! It took me a minute to get situated for the actual work to be done but they supported me all the way through it. Every time I called and asked the same questions, they answered with love. There was endless reassurance and the DR talked me through the surgery. He did everything to make me comfortable and pain free. I RECOMMEND!!!
I used to be a patient of this practice before it got sold to the new owners. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the new provider. He recommended me several crowns on my teeth that have fillings in them. I had doubt about this recommendation because I never got recommended crowns before. I finally found a different dentist and got a second opinion. That dentist said that except for one filling that needs repair, I do not need any crowns, and that my teeth are in good condition! Excellent customer service, gentle care, amazing tech that allowed me for the first time to truly understand what the dentist was recommending— and they were able to do my crown the same day! I also was given the exact price before the procedure which took some of the sticker shock out of the visit. Highly recommend!
First off, they accept MD Medicaid! My very first time there, I went so they could finish the work from my previous dental office. They actually did much more than I went there for. Dr. Roberto made better recommendations, saved me time and money. It felt like family. The staff is so warm and hospitable. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I love it here ❤️
